How much time will a new website design take?

Depending on the package and extra features you have chosen, it will generally take between one week and three weeks to design and publish your new website. For advanced websites, it may take up to six weeks or more. We will let you know when ordering your new site!

What is an SSL Certificate?

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, which is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. All Secure Link SSL certificates should be encrypted at 128 bits, and can support up to 256-bits, which is the highest encryption level available. Your sites visitors will know that they have created an SSL link with your web server when they see the "https://" at the beginning of the URL as well as the padlock icon in the lower right-hand frame in their web browser.

Open up a web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Safari, etc.) and type the following address: http://webmail.yourDomainname.com (ex: http://webmail.cappymoo.com)

You will be taken to a log in screen.

User Name: This is your email address (ex: tech@cappymoo.com)

Password: Enter as assigned to you by Cappymoo Media. (case-sensitive ex: pass)
